1. Ordering & Payment

All payments are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours and only if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
Once shipped, we cannot modify the order.

How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 2–3 business days
Delivery time: 7–12 business days within Canada.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily ship with Canada Post and UPS.

Do I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you.

What if my package is delayed?

Shipping delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Our team will send instructions and the return address.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived defective

  • You received the wrong product

In these cases, we cover the return shipping.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or model, please return the product and place a new order.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

  2. Confirm the delivery address

  3. Ask neighbours or building management

  4. Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If the carrier confirms a misdelivery, contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.

What happens if my package gets lost?

If the tracking has no updates for more than 10 days, contact us.
We will investigate with the carrier.
